The Jesus Saviour Penny Social is a fund-raising event conducted by the Rosary Sodality and is normally scheduled for the first Sunday afternoon in November. It's a great opportunity to sit and chat, munch on free snacks and win prizes. A wide variety of prizes, donated by parishioners and generous area merchants, are displayed on tables. There are "regular", "special" and "super special" categories, arranged according to their respective values. For each of these categories, separate raffle tickets are offered. Drawings continue until all prizes are awarded. The raffle tickets you purchase are good for all drawings in their category, so there are lots of opportunities to win! The Penny Social offers a light-hearted, highly enjoyable afternoon with friends and neighbors with a chance to take home some very nice prizes while supporting our Rosary Sodality Society.
